Each service engagement will be governed by a separate Service Agreement detailing scope, fees, and responsibilities.

User Responsibilities

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in your Service Agreement:

Invoices are payable within 7–14 days from the date of issue
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee
Service suspension may occur for non-payment beyond 30 days
Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

Confidentiality

Keep all client data confidential
Use information solely for providing services
Sign NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) upon request

Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or regulatory authorities.

We handle your personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use secure systems and encrypted platforms to safeguard your information.

By using our services, you consent to:

Third-Party Tools & Links

We may recommend or use third-party tools and platforms (e.g., accounting software, payment gateways). Mohiuddin & Company is not liable for the performance or security of such third-party services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
